CRMC POLICIES

The purpose of this agreement is to allow us to serve you in a timely manner by eliminating waiting time and providing you with the best results possible during each visit.

APPOINTMENTS
A Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover card is required to reserve an appointment. It is best if you arrive to your appointment at least 15 minutes early to provide ample time to fill out intake forms etc. Unfortunately, we cannot make up lost time for late arrivals since doing so would affect guests scheduled after you. We must charge late arrivals in full

CANCELATION
We request 24 hours cancellation notice. If sufficient notice is not given, the cancelled appointment will be charged in full. We try our best to avoid this situation by confirming all appointments the day before

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept US currency, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We apologize, but personal checks are accepted only with credit card on file.
